The problem
The construction supply chain is fragmented. Contractors waste hours on calls to compare prices and check material availability, suppliers struggle to reach buyers beyond their existing network, and carriers run inefficient routes because they have no visibility on the demand side. The cost of this fragmentation lands on every player in the chain as wasted time, lost margin, and missed deliveries.
The approach
Murista is being built as a three-sided B2B marketplace that connects contractors, suppliers, and carriers in a single ecosystem:
- Sourcing for contractors: price and availability comparison across suppliers, in one place.
- Distribution for suppliers: a structured catalog reaching the buyer side, beyond cold outreach.
- Optimized logistics for carriers: delivery and route coordination tied to actual demand.
- Multilingual from day one: storefront in 6 EU languages (IT, EN, DE, ES, FR, PT), so the rollout beyond Italy is not a refactor.
- Hosted on the proprietary platform baseline: same hardening and observability stack as the rest of the portfolio.
The result (in-progress)
- Coming-soon storefront live on murista.com, collecting an early-access waitlist.
- Multilingual delivery already wired: 6 EU languages active from launch day.
- Architecture in place for the three sides of the marketplace, with onboarding flows being staged for go-live.
- Public launch targeted Q3 2026.
This case study will be rewritten with full launch metrics once the product is live. We report on what is built today, not on what isn't yet.
